Psych/Leverage/Stargate Atlantis - I'm not sure if you really need to know that much about Stargate Atlantis, I don't think so.
It is Eliot/Shawn, but it takes a while to actually get to a "consummate" relationship, as a bunch of stuff keeps happening to them.

It's rather long, but it's written well, so it's worth it.
