LF specific Shassie fic

I'm pretty sure it's on Fanfiction.net but I could be wrong. In it, Shawn and Lassiter are handcuffed and stuck in Lassie's car and it's sinking into a lake/pond/ocean thing. Shawn and Lassie try to get out but the car goes underwater and Shawn dislocates his thumb to get out of his cuffs and then swim them both to safety. Throughout the whole thing, Lassiter is having feelings/thoughts about Shawn in the *ahem* fun way ;) And then later on shore, Shawn gives Lassiter a blowjob.
