Sadly, I don't think Connex is unaware of the problem.

Their solution is increasingly likely to be to pull out all together.

Oh gawds. I feel sorry for you. I experience Connex fun four days a week at least when Lewis has school on... and the amount of times he's arrived late because of their services being screwy is ridiculous. I'm certain the school admin person actually knows who I am and why I'm calling every time I ring to say that we'll be late in...

you know, you could take us out to dinner like you suggest fair evaders should

And would someone PLEASE take down those how to be a better commuter signs!?! It's insulting considering the complete lack of service my fellow commuters get, for you to presume to tell us how to do OUR job better!

WORD. And it's not like anyone reads them anyway.

I wish Greensborough Station would lose the "talk to strangers on the move" ones, too. Generally, when I am listening to an iPod and avoiding eye contact, or I'm heavily engaged with children... I don't want random conversation. And I don't like creepy people sitting too close to me and being scary and ( ... )

Wow, that'll give the poor call centre workers a laugh, at least. I doubt it'll go anywhere, though... but it's great because it's funny.

Melbourne has a crap public transport system.
