Failure to Communicate

I got the Netflix. I want to copy these DVDs onto my computer and then burn them to discs, but the end up all scrambled when I try to do it directly. Help?

I use two programs:

DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypt.

Of course these are for DVD burning to DVD-/+R or RW.

But they are freeware!

Alright, I need Nero for DVD Shrink, right? Al says he has a copy of it, but if he can't find it for some reason is there an alternative?
