I AM SO TEMPTED. Do you know that, on the Empires tag on AO3, in all the fics listed, there is not one single pairing with Max involved? IT IS A TRAVESTY.

MAX IS WONDERFUL. Maybe my next one-bandom-person-specifically picspam should be him. He is Empires' tiny guitarist--one of the other dudes' long-term-gf's baby brother, and he, like, produced their entire first album, because he is awesome and talented, and he's got these long curls, like, down to his chin, and when he handbangs while he's playing he always loses his glasses and I love him a lot. He has a very nice complexion.

Mess with it any time you want! I've had some ~thoughts~ since last night, though--I think Ryan makes the above realization, so instead of doing stupid shit to get Max's attention, he decides to go off to a university to get his attention instead. Because that is the exact opposite of doing stupid shit, right?

And while Ryan is off getting kidnapped by pirates, Max hasn't heard from him in a lot of months--he doesn't hear about his death, because that's too sad for me right now, but he doesn't hear anything else, either, so when Prince Jon asks Max to leave the farm to go to the capital city to produce his album. On his way, though, he gets kidnapped by Tomrad and SVV for some reason. IDK why.

But there is miscommunication and the dread pirate RyanJ and, um, other stuff. I'm not too hung up on sticking completely with all of the particulars of the story. Feel free to chime in if you've got more thoughts, too!

If Bill was the Dread Pirate, did Bill call himself The Dread Pirate Roberts? Or will there be a different name for your Dread Pirate?
