I'm not big on watching videos on my PSP (or any small pprtable device, for that matter - bad eyesight), so, while its great for those who do - its not something that's got me all excited.

I do of course love watching videos on my PSP quite often, but I will not update to Firmware 4.0 just for DivX, if it happens at all--which I don't think it will. Just a feature some people are hoping for. I will however update when the Custom Firmware for 4.0 comes out though.
