Alright...
A. CW CHEAT is a homebrew app that is done a PSP.
B. Homebrew is only done on a PSP with firmware 1.50 or Custom Firmware (2.71se, 3.xx oe, M33)
C. Do you have any of these firmwares on your PSP? If not then you would have to Downgrade to 1.50 or get CF in order to run homebrew.
D. Email, IM watever you have to do, in order to get help to do so.
