Vista and PSP9

Ok, so I got a new PC yesterday and PSP9 and AS3.0 installed with no issues. This morning I went to reinstall some brushes and the computer won't let me unzip them to the "My PSP Brushes" folder. I have looked all over this thing to figure out why (I'm guessing Vista doesn't automatically allow a person to make changes to things in the C: drive

unzip them into a new folder and then open PSP 9. Open all your brushes in PSP and then install them that way. File > Export > Custom Brushes. It's tedious but it works.
