having a major brush problem...

this is getting so frusterating, i have added a bunch new brishes and half of them wont show up in my drop down folder. ive fallowed all the tutorials and obviously i know how to do it half the time because some of the ones ive installed actually work. i just dont know what im doing wrong. when i try to import them it tells me they already exist

i also forgot to mention im having thesame problem with tubes, some i installed work some wont. im fairly new to it so im still learning.
