Ok, I have two questions. Does anyone have a good tutorial on colorizing a black & white image? I think that's what it's called. By colorizing, I mean where certain parts of the image are in color, but the majority of it is in black & white

You can try the tutorial in the second comment of this post, although I don't know whether or not it'll work for PSP.

Or you can try this tutorial for PSP, but only use it for the parts you want to color.
