I tried this tutorial, and it was sooo easy! Only thing is, I couldn't set the speed. I followed your instructions, but when I clicked on 'edit', there was no option to 'select all', so I left the speed as is.

"But if you want to 'play' with the speed, go to Edit = Select all. Then right-click the combined animation and 'Frame Properties...'"
