This is awesome! I've never seen a gender-swap Petshop fic before (nor even thought about the possibility), and you pulled it off brilliantly. Leona still retains Leon's brash and slightly crude personality, while at the same time we get to see a few new elements that we didn't see in Leon as a male detective. I was intrigued by the way she acts differently around men and women, to either catch them off guard or put them at ease, and laughed at way Leona nearly eats the box of candy "because what woman can resist Godiva?" ^_^

I'd definitely enjoy seeing more of this pair if you get the urge to write more Leona/Miss D fics! (Personally, I'd love to see D's reaction to being called a "chick"!)

Thank you very much! I was quite worried at first about posting this but I'm glad it was well received! I certainly will write more of this, I have two more drabbles I'm trying to fine tune. Thanks again! :D

Love it! Even aside from the Rule!63 element (which you handled beautifully), I like that we see Leona thinking like a detective here, and the different ways she tries to handle her witnesses. It's a nice change, since D's usually the manipulative one. ;)
