Also, it occurs to me that professionally published books should list length in word count instead of number of pages, just like fanfic does.
And the idea of books listing the length in word count is a really smart idea. Makes a lot of sense too (for the modern age) , you got a good argument there.

Yeah, by "thinking about buying a Kindle" I really mean "dreaming about it." But still, it's fun to dream, no? Besides, I think saving my favorite fics is a legitimate thing to do, and ebook format is a neat way to do it.
