Not a tea or coffee drinker. I used to drink 0.5-2 litres of Diet Coke a day, but I now just have one can of Sugar Free Red Bull a day.

From the title of the poll, are we supposed to conclude that you are limiting this to only tea and coffee that contains caffeine?

I drink a lot more coffee these days because there's always a pot of it at work waiting to be drunk. I still drink more tea than coffee- and it has less of an effect on me, whereas coffee will make me ping awake hours after drinking it.

I don't think I could have as many as 15 cups though...!

Mug of proper coffee when I wake up, mug of instant when I get to work, quite often another one mid-morning, and one after lunch.
