Borrow an idea from Star Trek - do t-shirts based on the personality quirks of each Doctor, because EVERYONE's got a favorite. (Patrick Troughton: Cos I Like Boys In Skirts.) Peter Davison tended to get flattened a lot. Tom Baker, of course, had The Scarf...you could totally go for ages on that theme.

I would totally buy a shirt with that drawing of all the Doctors as owls that was posted a while back on it. That would be sweet, and I would confuse alot of people with it :)

I want to say someone somewhere did a shirt with the classic "TARDIS with scarf caught in door" motif.

Plus, the Baker era diamond logo is still my all-time favorite, as is the oak-paneled (and very short-lived) control room.
