I loved Sam being all LET ME TUCK YOU IN GODDAMN IT, and keeping an eye on the spectacular fever flush as it changes with Dean's moods and illness levels, and THE FOREHEAD FEEEEL. And the lucky shirt, hahaha. Sam is so onto him. I love too that the girl was believably sweet about it when he got sick at her place. He was getting loved on from all sides. ♥

I feel like the lucky shirt tends to crop up a lot in fic, as if we're all silently agreed that Dean categorizes his wardrobe in terms of the sexual power associated with each garment. For my part, I'm endlessly amused by it.

Looking back over my fic, I've realized that I have a weakness for using Dean's freckles as a kind of illness barometer. They're just too pretty to leave alone.... *evil grin*
