About the starship: The USS Excalibur is TOS canon: is one of the four ship involved in the test of the M-5 ("The Ultimate Computer"), and her registry was confirmed only in 2008 as NCC-1664.
(IDK about how registry numbers work in the series. One would wonder all Constitution start from 1700. So I guess there's no rule)
About the motto: I know that technically the proper motto would be "Take me up, cast me away", but it sounded ridiculous. Not that real navy ships don't have odd motto in our world, but...
Once and Future as that kind of non-sensical sound similar to some of the mottos I've read around.
Behind the seal: Colors from the Pendragon banners often seen hanging on walls or behind the throne, where, other than the standard red and yellow/gold, there's also black as the background color under the golden dragon.
Notes: I love how both the seal and the metallic pin turned out! Completely satisfied with this one.
Notes: Yes, there will be a crew manifest. Actually, there's been since 2017, but then I recalled it to add more characters and by early 2022 it went out of control and I'm just... stuck at half of it, both graphically and with the abridged bios that come with it.
Tec stuffs (aka Behind The Manip): These two took me too much time to not be considered criminal. Fact was, I had to draw/trace the sword by hand, and I couldn't. So... I had to cut each part of the sword, fix it a bit, then get a "inked line" out of it, to then start fill and... You have no idea.
And the nightmare then continued when I had to add some of the original parts to the metallic version as some kind of texture.
