3 days since we all voted. I'm already sick of being under attack. My life has been taken from its original postion in my body and placed in a pool with all the rest. real change has to come from work and cooperation not just hating each other as much as we can...

i agree with you 100%...i have argued many many times with people who opposed gay marriage because "they dont want to see that". people are ignorant and i'm sorry that you have to deal with it.
i just keep telling myself that it's only four more years and then no more bush ever ever again!

It IS extremely disheartening. There is so much hate in America, it's absolutely ridiculous. My mother's brother is gay, and he's been with his partner for 15 years! Almost as long as my parents have been together. I would LOVE for them to able to have a recognized marriage.. I know they would love it, too. It'll just take some time before people pull their heads out of their asses and realize that differences are what make us human, what make us unique, and what make life worth living. I think it's absolutely wonderful that you and Brady are doing so well, and I envy the strength you two have.. not just in yourselves, but in your relationship as well.

Ignorance is a disease, it's time to come together and find a cure. :c)
