Yeah, definately the first phrase that comes to mind is "awww".
Its very interesting how Sky's photo becomes like a memorial and I like how you take the time to contrast that to Bridge's photos. I think you explain a lot about Sky's character in an short amount of space via The Photograph. I also really love how the Jack/Sky photo isn't perfect--its a candid shot of the two of them. The contrast of the candid photo with the photo of the father really conveys a lot without really acutally saying anything at all. :) Really deep.
And I hope this review makes sense. O.o :D Good job sweetie.
Very nice. I like that the photographs were the central part of this, really doing justice to a relatively difficult theme. I smiled at Jack's feelings about The Photograph - but I think Sky might argue that it is a happy picture - a reminder of a happy time with his father, in contrast to the grimmer times after his death. Makes sense that Jack would see it as rather morbid, though.
And the part with Syd was really fun - and nice to see these stories include friends as well as the couples themselves.
I never thought of that. When I'm writing one character, I tend not to think to much about how the other character would feel! But yeah, I think you're right, Sky would see it as happy.

I love this. Our boys would both be the first to deny they're sweet, but this totally is. :)
Also: “He’s looking at me like he wants to kill me!”
“Jack, that’s how he normally looks at you.”
So very true.
Keep these coming!
