Aaahhhh, Koukou Debut 37: soooooo goood. OMG. Asaoka. ♥ I'm glad the scanlations are coming out semi-regularly again. I uploaded it a while ago, if anyone's curious. Really can't recommend it enough. It's so adorable and sweet and funny with great characters. My favorite shoujo by a long shot.

Haha, I've actually already read a bunch of fan-translations. _tehriah is translating it too, and she's just one person, so it's taking a while, but her translation is sooo good.

I just mean, I wish I could read Japanese so could read it without a buffer. Because I am an enormous nerd, apparently. >.>

You're not alone. There are so many light novels I wish I could read. I wish they had more of a following like manga scanlations, but I can totally understand why so many people don't want to take up such a huge project.

I just hope more companies are willing to give light novels a chance. VIZ and Tokyopop seem to pick them up and drop them after only a few months but Seven Seas and Yen Press seem more willing to take risks. But they only have a handful of titles so far.

It is nice to be able to have licensed translations here, especially if the quality is good, just because I do really prefer having the physical book. When I'm reading fan translations, I normally just print them out, because I don't like sitting at the computer that long to read huge texty thing. :P
