The thing that really shocked me about the situation was also your mother's reaction, for the same reasons you so beautifully articulated here, so I'm glad you've sorted that out. In that situation, it'd probably be my mother banging on the woman's door and demanding all the money while I just cried ^^

As for Bleach - yeah I don't like how the anime folks turn her into the stereotypical "Blonde female, IQ is in inverse proportion to breast size." Gawd did they pay attention in the offical arc?

I don't think this bit of filler is going to last long. I'd seen it mentioned somewhere that it will only go to 131, but we'll see how that goes, :P

Yeah, I don't think it's gonna be too long, which is good. I don't know. I can handle filler when it's not horrible and/or boring. I think Bleach needs more crack filler, instead of plotty filler, since no matter what they come up with, it's gonna be lame compared to the actual plot.

I don't think you were overreacting at all. It's a really crappy situation to be in. I'm glad your mom is more supportive, and I hope that woman comes to her senses and pays you full price.
