This is the most super delayed response I've every given. But thank you very much! I'm glad you liked it. Also, you're icon makes me laugh every time I see it. <3

Your portrayal of Chuck-as-God rings more true than I had ever thought I might find in fic. And I wasn't even looking for it. Please don't mind if I stalk you.

I absolutely don't mind! Stalk away, and I'm honored. (As I understand you are sort of the authority on many things in this fandom and are well-stalked yourself. You're name, it seems, is in posts everywhere.)

I've always had a soft spot for Chuck, all manifestations of him. And I'm flattered you like this version. Thank you very much. :)

P.S. I may just requite your stalking.

Hahha "authority". I've been around for a while and may moderate a couple of comms but really, I am barely an authority on my own life. -.-

This is breathtaking! The loneliness and anger that Cas feels and the way he fights to keep a little bit of humanity in himself, and the way Chuck/God waits for forgiveness, are both such unique and interesting insights into those two, and I believe in keeping with canon (well, more in keeping with the canon of Seasons 4 and 5 than Season 6 itself is!) Your understanding of characters is wonderful.
Every seventh Sunday he goes to earth and sits on a park bench somewhere, searching with his Grace until he finds where Dean is in the world. It is never hard, Dean is still a fresh and bleeding wound in the fabric. Then Castiel closes his eyes to the laughing of the children and the ticking of imaginary time and lets Dean teach him to suffer again. He does not know what he will do when Dean dies. He tries not to think about it. He hopes his memories and his anger will be enough.
You have a stunning way with words!

The human word is irony; there is no Enochian word for it.

I think I just had an intellectual orgasm - this is similar to what one of Umberto Eco's characters said in the Name of the Rose (that God has no use for Comedy), but even better and something that fits my own belief (that Angels wouldn't have a use for irony).

On another note, I've been trying to read your Castiel-related fics, but it's hard because some of them are tagged "castiel" and others "cas". I think there are even a few tagged "dean/cas" but not "castiel" or "cas".
Just a heads-up, in case you want to fix this and make it easier for readers to find stuff. :) (or you could simply create a masterlist, I guess!)

Intellectual orgasms are the best.

Here you are again, being super nice to me. Haha.

Also, thank you for the heads up on the tags, I try to be consistent but it's so easy to forget what I've done before. I'll go through now and see if I can't streamline everything. (Or make a master list. You're the first to suggest it. Wonderful idea.)

Thank you!
