Sep 02, 2011 00:00

Greetings everyone. I would like to apologize for not having made the announcement yesterday when I meant to, little complications got in the way. But now let us get to what interests us: the challenge.

If I'm reading this right, each week's prompt fills need to be posted in that same week.

For the sake of those of us in different time zones, when are the deadlines going to be? (for example, although you've said you'll post on the 3rd, it will almost certainly be the 4th where I live - the 3rd is only 6 hours away for me.) A time, day and timezone for each deadline would be really helpful for figuring out timing. ^_^

I am working out an appropriate table to get the postings done and post a conversion table for most general time zones so you will know when is your time limit. I'll have that posted later today (just became friday 02 for me).

For the purpose of clarification of 'the third', we're going with the side of the hemisphere I'm on since I'll be doing the prompt posting.

Much appreciated. I'd assumed it was going to be your time (wherever you are), it just helps to have that spelt out since this is an international membership.

Oh and just a single timezone would be enough so long as the zone is stated, rather than put you to the trouble of a table - there are plenty of easily-accessible converters.

Many thanks. :)

I'm used to having giving a time zone range/conversion just for the sake of being helpful.

All complete details of posting will be ready when in a couple of hours and will be re-posted when the first lot of prompts goes up. :)

Just so I get this straight, even though there are going to be 15 prompts we can choose as many of those as we want for that week and it doesnt matter if the prompts are repeated? Meaning it doesnt matter if others choose the same prompt? Thanks!

You can pick however many of those prompts you want to fulfill, anyone else can do so as well. Just see what's posted and if something grabs your interest, you fulfill the prompt.

There's no claiming, just specify in you entries what prompt you are filling.
