Thanks so much! I try to stay true to the characters, while giving them my own spin. Sometimes, it works; sometimes, I have just have to go, "Obi-Wan would never say that. Never, ever." Then hit the 'delete' button.

It's a learning process. *winks*

And I think I've thought about it way too much. Sometimes the details just, I don't know, overwhelm me. *laughs* The plot is its own kind of hellbeast, too.

Yes, exactly. That's how I want it to be. I mean, I know everything that's going on, but Anakin and Obi-Wan (as well as the reader) are in the dark and can only operate on the information they have at any given time, with a bit of Jedi intuition thrown in along the way.

It's good to know I'm doing all right with that.

I love their banter - it was all so well constructed that I really felt as if they were really talking in front of me. The characters are so real and their friendship shows very well. The last part was just sweet and heart warming.

Thank you! Such a lovely compliment! I do my best to keep them friends, yet with some touches of that Anakin arrogance. It's sometimes hard, because I want them to continue to be very warm to each other all the time. ;)
