How to Make Sparkle Textures

*This tut is for GIMP. Since it uses the Paths tool and a GIMP-specific brush, it may not be translatable to other programs.

EXCELLENT TUTORIAL. This will definitely help when I need a sparkly texture, but don't want to trudge through dA for one that fits what I need. :3
