This makes me feel terribly uneasy. It's not your writing at all, you have done a fantastic job with it, it's just the premise, I can't bring myself to feel for Petunia after the way she treated Harry all those years. I think you are spot on with Petunia's jealousy!

It was extremely difficult to get inside her head for the same reasons, but I suppose I can't help feeling a bit sorry for her--prior to what she did to Harry, of course. I had been talking about her character a lot with one of my friends, so when I found this prompt, I really couldn't resist. Sorry to have made you uneasy, though! xD

I see your point about pre child abuse, I really do. I just wouldn't be able to write about it. You've done well there. And please no apology, I would have felt uneasy no matter who had written such an idea. It wasn't at all an insult. :)
