Aww. Everyone feels like that at Christmas. Whenever me and my family spend more than a few hours together we end up wanting to rip each other’s throats out. Just leave it to cool down, it always does after a while.
Hey, I saw you on pottersues and saw you had a cool icon and came to snag it. Then I started reading your journal, and can I friend you?
And I know what you mean about games. There's one game I play with my family, I don't know if you have Monopoly in America, but anyway I was taught to play it by someone competitive, and my family get insanely angry when I play it like that, which always ends up in a mess, because I refuse to sell something to my little sister who does not NEED any help in winning, and mum gets annoyed. I think parents fail to understand mild snapping is not actually a reason for world war three. :)
OH GOD YES. Monopoly is the game of choice for my brother and sister; somehow it hasn't sunk in quite yet that the game lasts for hours at a time. And it's no fun playing with two people, so I always get roped in. Thankfully my mom doesn't play that game with us, so I can sulk without reproach when I don't get Boardwalk.
