You know, I really am considering gastronomy and the culinary arts for postgraduate studies.

It's almost like I'm determinedly going out of my way to find what will promise the least financial security as I grow older. But hey, at least I get to eat candy and call it research.

Coincidentally, I would really, REALLY like to participate in the University of Adelaide's Cordon Bleu graduate school gastronomy program. And while I realize that Adelaide is hardly next door to Melbourne, hey, it's closer than West Virginia!

I'm very keen on at least visiting Australia. =D
