Laura knew that technically she wasn't due for another week, but according to Doctor Hadley, she could have Laila any day and be perfectly fine. Which was why Laura was willing her body to have a contraction. It wasn't quite working, trying by sheer will to make the baby come, but it wasn't for lack of trying

Joslire went into the bedroom with a curious look,

"You want me to do what, sweetheart?"

The brown of Joslire's eyes intensified, as his eyes found hers in the mirror.

"I want to see more of us...all of us." He lifted her top higher and stroked the underside of her breasts.

Moving her hands from his arms, she raised her shirt up and off, dropping it down onto the ground. "Unfortunately you're wearing too much clothing," she said with a smirk.

Joslire lifted his own shirt off, and let it fall. Then unfastened Laura's bra, and slid the straps down her arms, then brought his hands up to cup her breasts, the nipples peeking out from between his fingers.

Leaning back against him, she sighed contently when her back met his chest. She'd gained a couple of cup sizes, and she admired her breasts now in his hands. "How do you like the bigger versions?" she asked with a barely contained laugh.

"I like the whole ensemble this season," he said quietly as he supported both breasts on one forearm, and stroked her belly with the other hand,

"Which reminds me..."

She smiled at that, then looked at him curiously. "Reminds you of what?"

He smiled, the special slow smile that he kept for the bedroom,

"That I bought something at our favorite store, and this seems like the perfect occasion to use it."

Laura's eyebrows arched, and a smile spread across her face as well.

"Oh really? I seem to remember last time you went to the store we made a mess with body paints."

"This is neater." Joslire promised. He kissed her head, then stepped over to the nightstand and pulled a box from the drawer.

"This is a henna kit, to make temporary tattoos. It seems henna has been used since ancient times to adore cherished women for special occasions."

Laura took the box, never having heard of 'henna' before. Looking it over, she looked at Jos, already knowing. "My belly. You want to decorate my belly, don't you?" she asked with a smile.

"And other adorable parts of you," he said with that slow smile, stroking a gentle finger across one of those other 'adorable' parts.

"As long as there's a lot of touching involved," she murmured as her eyes closed for a moment before she stepped back to take off the rest of her clothes.

"Where do you want me?" Meaning she wanted him to tattoo her; she loved it when he used her as a canvas.

"Make yourself comfortable on the bed." Joslire began piling all the pillows at the head of the bed so that she could be partially propped up and watch the goings on.

Laura did as he said, rubbing her stomach as she watched him get ready. "Have you ever done this before? On anyone, I mean," she asked curiously.

He grinned, his usual flash.

"No, but I got the simplified kit, and I read the directions very carefully." He laid out the items on the bed, there was a solution to prepare the skin, then a pre-filled brush to put the color on with, then another solution to seal it so that it wouldn't smudge.

"The traditional way is easier to make a mess with, it seems."
