Ooh! That Pictionidditch sounds like fun. I'm checking my schedule against mijan's panels and I'll get back to you with some time slots I can fill in drabbling. So excited. Yay!

The Art annex will have:
- Drawble/Drabble Booths
- Witch and Wizard Craft (sold out): Friday night at 8pm
- Pictionidditch: like Pictionary, but HP style and ALL drawing levels welcome. This is on Saturday from 6:30 - about 8:30pm.
- Artist Alcove - where people can hang out and draw and relax with fellow fanartists (closed during Pictionidditch and Craft Night)

Nope, this is a great question!

Most of the informal Programming will be happening on the Mezzanine Level, which includes the Art Gallery and the art events. The art events are in a room (dubbed the Art Annex) located next to the Art Gallery.

If you are really needing to know and plan, you can take a look at the Toronto Sheraton floor plan (it's on their website) - Rooms D&E on the Mezzanine is the Art Gallery; Room F is the Art Annex. The G Room will be for Informal Programming workshops (see the prophecy website for info on those). Opposite the Art Gallery will be the Vendor's Rooms.

Somewhere on that Mezzanine Level is the Hall of Reflections (again, see the Prophecy website; I don't know much details) and...I'm pretty sure there's other stuff on that level, but that's all I remember. :D
