Scary. It got people at work freaked out.

I nearly quit yesterday. Why? Go read the post about it at customers_suck, about "Richard Simmons." I haven't even posted about it yet at the work blog. (Yeah, I'm slackin'.) Just...........AAAAAARGH. That guy got mean and nasty with me
