Whoa, 50th anniversary Barbie's fierce! The Toys R Us here is doing a special where certain Barbie dolls are going for the 1959 price, $3. They're usually like $14 lol. They even updated her old swimsuit, so it's a skanky black and white bikini with hot pink detailing now heh.

Yeah, the Target near where I live had the same deal going, but those dolls ran out within 15 or 20 minutes of the store opening up yesterday. I was so ticked off.

I may end up purchasing a 50th Anniversary one, though....

For me to not know how Barbie looks nowadays makes me feel old. I knew she'd changed since I was a kid, but not like *that*. I miss the 80's version; she wasn't overdone and all super model-like. This one looks like she's had some work done. Botox.
