I'm trying to think of something that could block the requencies for you.

Have you tried getting ear plugs?

If that doesn't work you could always look for some fabric and get someone to tailor something for you?

I think on Angeal's big post where he got people to suggest stuff or put their names forward for things they could do, someone put sewing.
