[ Okay, this strange boy is yelling for Stein, which is weird, but it is entirely not what N is concerned with. His attention, predictably, is caught by the chocobo. ]

[Lea will never understand why people don't love Stein as much as he does.

He eventually comes back to the screen, so proud of himself. Like a new parent. Alex is being cuddled against his chest.]

It's a chocobo! Stein bred some and let me have Alex!

[ N is not sure what he thinks about that. Then again, N is not sure what he thinks of Stein in general except that he doesn't want to challenge him again. ]

I've never seen a chocobo before. He's beautiful.

Yeah! He has a whole buncha chocobos here! And he takes good care of 'em, or else they wouldn't have had chicks? Right, Alex?

[The red chick is clearly pleased at being petted and complimented.]

And Myde just hatched! [The screen is filled with nothing but blurs for a second before Lea focuses it on the little box that has no replaced the incubator, filled with a little blanket. A light brown chocobo with some white splotches here and there is curled up. It's even smaller than Alex, being newly hatched and all.] Selphie gave me the egg for my birthday!

[Lea is clearly oblivious, too lost in cuddling his new baby when he finally answers. It's a light brown little chocobo, with some fluff of white here and there.]

[FLAPPING SO MUCH FLAPPING AND CAPS LOCK! Alex flaps up onto Stein's head while Lea flails at Stein before grabbing his arm and tugging him to his room.]

My birthday egg! It's hatching! It's hatching! What do I do!?

[He lets Lea drag him down the hall, leaning back and snatching a towel out of the bathroom as they pass it. Coming upon the egg, Stein cocks his head at it, holding the towel out to Lea. The cracker is still in the way.]

You'll want to towel it off and keep it warm.

Oh, and it'll need fed.

[OH GOD WHAT DO. But he's still fidgeting in front of the fidgeting little egg, where the cracks are getting bigger. Look! There's even chirping!]

[The feed eventually is answered, and Lea is now cuddling TWO chocobo chicks! The new addition is a small fluffy brown one with some white splotches here and there. ]

From all my friends! Selphie got me Myde's egg for my birthday, and Alex is one of the chocobo chicks that Stein bred!
