I know you warned us that this would be dark but I was not expecting this. I mean this goes from them slashing a couple of tyres to killing two people. But that's not all, what's great about this story is we see the work(?) they do to get from point A to point B. I'm not sure if my comment is making much sense but I really liked how you delved into the emotional mechanics of how these two slackers (and narcissists) evolve into criminals. They are kind of like junkies getting off on the high of committing some crime because they've convinced themselves they are terrible people, and of course along the way they do become these villains. This was like something out of a dark indie movie and now more than ever I need Gillian and Joel to work on some dark comedy together (like It's not you it's me). This is just fascinating stuff. Great job <3

Thank you so much!!!! I'm so glad that their evolution (or regression, as the case may be) came off the way I intended it to, because you're right, they've convinced themselves that they're these awful, terrible people, and through that, they become them. This was a giant, scary undertaking, and I'm so glad to receive lovely comments like this one :D

Also, oh god, yes all I want in life is a Gillian/Joel dark comedy.
