This way too lovely and I can't belive that I can't give a proper comment. It's short but it surely depicts all the emotions you wanted to show :) Watching the movie, I wondered many times why Ryu was like this and this story reminded me of that question.

I'm not so sure I like Hayato in here. I like the fact that he came and somehow made Ryu happy,even if it wasn't for long (I might have understood wrong,though), but somehow,there's still sth in him that bothers me. Anyway.

Hayato might be a bit out of character in this one... I don't know, I just tried to imagine him being a bit more serious about Ryu now and trying to convey that to him, but, well, it doesn't really come naturally for him. So he's a bit lost too. Good try, though... *pats poor Haya* The situation was difficult.

I really enjoyed this..although maybe enjoy is the wrong word given how angsty Ryu is..it almost sounds like I am enjoying him being so mentally emotionally uncertain.. (or maybe I am!) I liked how Ryu was almost barricaded behind a wall of glass where he disappointed himself and everyone else..and I am so glad that Hayato was there to keep breaking it down, even if Ryu was not sure he could keep doing it. Loved the fire metaphor at the end as well. And a roaring confession. Lovely writing.

There's no way Hayato could be sweet about a confession, he's too insecure ♥ Violence is the way to go when feeling uneasy. They're both a bit dysfunctional, that's one reason why they maybe understand each other somewhat and go together ♥
