Hmm... Just one Supreme Court Justice's opinion?

"On October 21, Ginsburg said she doesn’t think the court will overturn Roe v. Wade, but if it did let each state make its own abortion laws, not much would change. “Women of means” would still be able to travel out-of-state to get abortions, but poor women wouldn’t have any options."

On the one hand, I agree with her, but on the other, I don't. There would be a plethora of abortion restrictions probably in virtually every state. Would these restrictions stop many abortions? Perhaps, but not likely.

Whether the point is valid or not, I think it is something for elected representatives to debate over, not judges. And since the feds neither allow nor restrict abortion by constitution or law, that would be the job of the states.

Wanna talk about moving? Imagine being able to move to a state where people respect human life even while prenatal. I can't do that now.

Actually, there are, as NARAL will point out repeatedly and dramatically, many cities and counties in the U.S. with no abortion provider. So women there already have to travel long distances to obtain abortions.

I believe there's actually a fund for this, because god forbid them po' negroes breed women are denied this totally medically necessary choice.
