I have lots of opinions on games I didn't watch today. Possibly more so than the games I did watch.

Chiefs at Eagles: Wow. Wow. The Chiefs are really awful. Game switching happens all the time, but can't say I've ever seen it happen in the first five minutes of the second half. Ouch.

Titans (Oilers) at Jets (Titans): I kind of like the Jets now ( Read more... )

needs more sorgi, you communist!

i dunno whats going as usual in your football world... so instead here is this

I sent you a message. It has a small snippet of that one story I told you about. The AU with Richard that I don't really wanna do. But people seem interested in it for one and two it will probably not leave me alone till I write it.

So I tried a snippet to see how it would work out.

I sent you in message because if I make this story thats probably going to be the actual scene in it and is bit of an important part
Also since I don't make Top Gear fics (Crack and Killing A doesn't count since they required no writing quality and no In Characterness) and also don't make any fics of this kind it's totally out of my league, therefor until i'm sure it's not a load of crap I want it to stay hidden. Which means you can see it and amy_wolf has agreed to look over what I write and tell me what she thinks *nods*

Ok now go read the message! lol

The Packers won, and yet I was underwhelmed. I see that they are nothing better than average at this point and I had such high hopes. But hey! My man Chillar was out there most of the game so that was nice. He's finally getting some respect. Aaron was smashed into the ground fewer times than in the last two games, but that's not saying much. He's fast and scrappy though. Lucky thing for him.

Ironically, while you were unable to watch the Packer game I was irritated that I could not see the Bears game. I thought hubby and I were going to a local bar to watch but he opted to take a nap instead, wtf? Some Bear fan HE is!

49ers at Vikings: It's not even that I'm mad at Favre for throwing the winning Hail Mary, it's that the media will now NEVER SHUT UP ABOUT IT AGGGGH.I'm not ashamed to say the last 2 seconds of this game ruined my whole day. I do NOT need that man making his classic, rare damn miracle plays for another team so that I have to hear about it forEVER. And especially not right before we play them!!!! Fortunately, most ( ... )

It seemed like a fairly underwhelming win, I mean, the Rams! They suck! And Kyle Boller! I didn't even know he was still in the league! He makes Matt Flynn look promising! Sorry, I have a lot of Rams mocking stored up from not saying anything the past week. Damn superstitions ( ... )

If not, well, Aaron did survive him last year, with accompanying godawful protection, so we can hope for the best.Excellent point! You just made me feel better ( ... )

I don't think Warner has a deep dark secret or anything, he's just very religious, and very upfront and vocal about it, which rubs some people the wrong way. I think my dad also resents him for losing the super bowl last year, because we all hate the Steelers!

Kyle Boller definitely isn't ugly, and he did almost start for the Ravens last year before his immune system randomly collapsed on him (luckily he did get better, but not until after Baltimore let him go). The Rams have the same colors as my high school, which kind of amuses me. Of course, they also tend to play like my high school did...

I totally get it with Cal. My college football rooting interests tend to work that way too. Wisconsin for Sorgi, Cal for Aaron, and I guess Illinois if I have to because I go here. :) And of course whoever's playing Purdue or Ohio State, because this girl knows how to hold a grudge.

Yeah, consider me rubbed. I do have my limits and I'm pretty sure he's not only crossed but stamped all over them. Shame, that. Looking back, I'm pretty sure that's what happened the LAST time I was intrigued by Kurt...I learned a little and backed away quickly before I could learn more. Sometimes ignorance truly IS bliss :)

Heh, I'm sure he's a decent person, but anybody who's constantly all "GODGODGOD" drives me up the wall. I guess I was just raised that people should keep their religion to themselves. :)
