i've also found that eating unsweetened applesauce and raspberries is better for me than chips or whatever (go figure)
i've also been trying to eat the veggies that pete makes. i HATE veggies but i know they're good for me. bleh.
i'm hoping by the end of the month that i'll be able to keep my calorie count down without having to track it all the time. and maybe loose a few lbs? :)

1. Stick to the healthy menu I've planned and COOK DINNER on Mondays-Thursdays - limit eating out as much as possible. (NOTE: I really want to give myself a number to stick to here, but I'm scared I won't make it, so I'm just going to say that I should TRY to cook dinner each night and be a good girl and have my low-cal tuna for lunches every weekday except Friday, and I have to 'fess up when we went out for one of those meals. This plan excludes Friday b/c that's our "going out for lunch" day and the all-important Date Night.)2. In the meals that eating out is unavoidable, only ONE of those (per week) gets to include fries ( ... )
