Is one crazy or the other an asshole?

I just remembered an LJdrama from a few years ago involving a bear and his much younger cub and several of my e-friends...one camp was firmly in the "the cub is crazy" and I was in the "the bear is an asshole" camp because the cub was also an e-friend of mine and the bear had in fact, been an asshole to me.  We all had a huge row over it and
