Call Me: filo77 (Luke/Lorelai, teen, long, post 2.3)
Great Luke POV and great voices, with a satisfying pay-off. A chunk of phone calls are bookended by more traditional narratives as Luke is there for Lorelai after the whole Max thing.
The Hunger Games
Untitled/you would run too: frankturners (Katniss, background Katniss/Peeta ficlet, spoilers for all three books, teen)
Vividly, strikingly shows how Katniss is not all right when there are thunderstorms.
MCU
Where You Can't Return: Barkour (Frigga, Sif/Loki, longish)
This is beautiful. Frigga's biases as a loving mother, and her wisdom all
folded into her POV, are so great. Gorgeous and apposite use of imagery.
Mission Impossible film franchise
Mission Impossible: Comedy! Drama! Sliding!!!: rachelindeed (Ethan Hunt, ensemble, action, films 3-6)
A fanvid celebrating the amazing practical stunt work and charmingly bonkers sensibility of the Mission: Impossible franchise.
When you see it all together like that... Fabulously punctuated vid.
Multifandom
Weapon: AurumCalendula (Multifandom study of violent women, teen?)
The similarities between these women (or perhaps the depiction of them) as shown in this vid was fascinating.
