I'm terribly sorry, but I won't be of any use in giving you even a remotely appropriate review you undoubtedly deserve, since I don't watch Smallville, I have never seen Jake 2.0 (it's not on here) and I haven't seen X3 yet (since I have to wait till it's out on DVD (what with me having this issue with dubbed films, you know me). BUT I can still tell you what I think. So, my feedback. :)

Whitney. Pardon my ignorant question, but is he the boyfriend Lana had that went off to the military services (and then there was this storm/hurricane/tornado/whatever)?

I like this. I like how you show how it is for him (who has experienced so much and changed) to a place that hasn't really changed at all. Loved this:

This? Shallowness-delicousness. Wonderful.

I'm thrilled you read these despite not knowing the fandoms and/or spoilers (it's a shame Jake 2.0 never aired round your parts, because it's a loveable show.)

Bringing in his childhood and how being a 'spy' isn't as he had imagined it, Yeah, this is one of the things about this character - Jake, who has always wanted to be a spy, is made one because of the most extraordinary circumstances, and of course, then has to deal with the reality.

Mystique is cool, and she was one of the few characters who still actually intigued me in the third film (and that's a depressing fact, actually.) There's more for her to do in X2, but, well, I've spoiled you for what happens to her in X3 :)

Anyway, I'm glad that you enjoyed them, despite not knowing the canon. Thanks muchly for the feedback!
