Feel free to ask Remus, Lord Fanny, or Jack Aubrey anything you like. (Technical questions about the proper rigging of a xebec may take a while to answer, however.)

Laura-mun here. How would Remus characterize his current relationship with Sirius?

I'm still very glad he's back, and he's been a most loyal friend since his return. It's good to be with someone with whom I'm entirely comfortable in every respect, as I do tend to be a rather stand-offish and neurotic sort of person. (Even with Tonks, I'm still worried she's going to come to her senses and leave me.) However, I am concerned about Sirius's occasional bouts of emotional instability, his drinking, and the whole business with Homsar. (Really, Homsar? What's next, the giant squid?) I'm sure we'll be able to work everything out eventually, though.

Were the changes in him post-Azkaban as startling to you as they were to James? I get the impression that as merry as he is, he's got some post-traumatic stress to work through still.

I wouldn't say I was startled per se, as I knew he'd been there and I knew it must have been traumatic, so it didn't come as a surprise. It was upsetting to see him like that, but I believe he's improved a great deal since he's no longer in that awful house of his. He's still got a ways to go, but I think he's on the mend.

For Jack Aubrey: How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

I say, what's a woodchuck? Is that some sort of animal? I think that's a question you ought to be asking Stephen. I could tell you about the rigging of a xebec, though...

For Jack Aubrey:

So, exactly how far did you get with Diana Villiers back in the day?

Yes.

Do you think you could ever be friends with Dr. Cox? You seem to have a lot in common.

I assume you're addressing me. My behavior towards Dr. Cox has been entirely reactive. If he starts to behave towards me like a human being, I'll do likewise to him. But as long as he thinks I'm an "insufferable prick," I shall treat him accordingly.

I still need to return his pony. Don't let me forget.

Oh, I won't!

I guess I meant more like, would you want to be friends with him?

Well, I suppose so, yes. He's a clever bloke and he can be funny sometimes. But I think it'd be hard to be friends with someone who's so liable to blow up at the slightest provocation, and so committed to making himself and everyone around him miserable. It'd be exhausting.

Aubrey -- How do you feel about there being so many Jacks in the school?

Remus -- If you get to kiss other men, does that mean Tonks is cleared for a torrid affair with other women?

Lord Fanny -- What goes best with a turquoise hat and ivory shoes?

The more the merrier! It's a damned fine name, don't you think?

Oh yeah. Jack Off Jill, Jack and Jill went down the hill, jacking someone off, to jack tires, to jack something up, Jack Sprat, Jack and the Beanstalk... Great traditional name, really. Good verb too.

I say, it has got a lot of meanings nowadays, doesn't it? That's marvelous.

My given name is John, actually, which is not nearly as interesting.
