Oh, no! It's a pilot for a TV show. So they'd be hypothetical costars. So I suppose behind the scenes of the thing I am writing, there COULD be RPF? But that's not the project.

Oh, dear. Good question. I'd assumed English, as we've started saying in our Discussions that he comes from London.

English then...but more refined than his DW accent, I'm guessing, since he is wealthy (possibly a bit like his John Smith HN/FoB accent)? I don't know why, but I'm obsessed with the way characters sound...
