Lord Voldemort is an extremely dangerous Dark Wizard who is attempting to take control of the Ministry of Magic; the Death Eaters are his followers. If you've met Bellatrix Lestrange, she is one of them.

I'm afraid not at the moment. At the moment, it is difficult to do much when we are all unsure where they are hiding.

That is very likely for the best. She is not a pleasant woman, by any stretch of the imagination.
