I'm one of the few people who enjoyed reading the "Concerning Hobbits" section; I thought it was great. Most people I know just skipped it completely. Actually, it's about time for me to read this book again. Maybe after I finish my re-read of Ender's Game.

WTF. The hobbit is not bad. It's much less dry than the LotR.
