While I do prefer an indoor venue, something outside would be fine.

Well...there’s a park in Goldenrod-the National Park. They’ve got a lot of open space that you could probably use for a stage. [Thinks for another moment.] Mmm yeah. That’s the only place I can think of right now. The city’s large, but most of it’s just buildings.

You should consider contacting the people at the Radio Tower. They transmit to all of Johto, so it would reach most of the people here.

You can also get permissions to use large open spaces for events in cities from the Police.

The Police has been really helpful for organizing events. Maybe they can point you to a more appropriate place.
