Twilight was kinda disappointing after all the hype. There wasnt a whole lot of action and it felt more like some romance movie with a supernatural twist? However, of the few action scenes there were, i found the baseball scene really cooool! Love Muse's Supermassive Black Hole song in the background as well

i watched true blood till ep 10... it got a little boring after that. like u said, it's sex @ every turn.
i agree.. the twilight movie is a letdown. I enjoy the books better. Maybe u should try the books. :)

Man, I was kinda sold by Twilight's hype too and the only thing that stopped me from hitting the cinema with J is the new addition to the family. Dang, it's over-rated huh?

hmmm well it wasnt all THAT bad but i think you'd do fine with lower expectations. the baseball scene is almost worth the ticket price ahha. love it! or maybe cos i love that background song. i can tell u right now one show u DO NOT want to watch is The Day The Earth Stood Still. that sucked alien ass.

Speaking of vampire movies, Swedish flick Let The Right One In seems to be getting good reviews. Wonder if it'll reach our shores. :\

hey that looks good! hmmm i doubt it will. more "mainstream" hollywood fare like Diary of The Dead so long still havent reach here. or even Shaun Of The Dead which i havent watch! i guess i should look to, ahem, "acquire" that Swedish flick online lol

no idea why all the ladies in the cinema clapped after twilight wrapped up. i was sniggering to myself at some scenes, which really made me sweatdrop. i'm by no means a cynic, i enjoy romance too, but some bits in twilight were really cheeeeesy. it only picked up after the baseball fight and then the ensuing battle with james. i find that the vamps have got too much makeup on, and tat takes away their "mystery". i also LOLed when Edward showed his "glittering body". i bet lots of them wanted to kill me. :P

hahah yea that stupid part. Even worse was when the idolizing human girl said "that's beautiful" and it was so dumb, like "shiny. i like." lol
