The Smoking Uncle

Was walking to my block elevator when this uncle in front of me, stopped and tossed his just finished cigarette at a cat! WTF??? Thankfully his aim was plain bad and the butt just bounced off the pavement inches from the black furry paws.

Is it wrong i wanted to take up that same butt and press it into his eyes?
