The doctor called to say that Bubla does not have a liver tumor. You know, in a few months, all of his health problems could be more or less resolved. But what would I do with myself? And how can Bubla live without the seemingly constant attention of people in white coats? THOSE are the burning questions

first of all, i just want to say that i agree with you that baby dolls that represent a much broader range of what human infants actually look like -- especially those of the customers at a shop!!!! -- should be available at your average american place. but your rage inspired me to peek at what could be found on the internet, and you might find one of these more suitable, potentially

Wow, I don't know how I missed that Baby Born! (Maybe I'd seen all the pink ones and decided they were too pink and expensive, but this one with the striped onesie seems really cool (if expensive). I think I'll try to return the blonde doll, since I didn't open it.

Actually, I just realized that Baby Born doesn't have a penis. BUT she does all this pooping and other stuff! I'll still order the special edition and save it for the daughter, if nothig else. (I'm a little too doll-crazy for our financial situation right now :-)

I think they do have them, somewhere. Though not at Target. I did find a decent selection of dolls online, just not in quite the stile I wanted.
